- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We used Tom for our taxes for a few years the last year being 2011 - When he failed to file our taxes! He was rude about the fact that we had not paid the preparation fee in a timely manner which we did pay in full and now 3 years later i am still receiving paperwork and dealing with state tax return that was apparently also not filed. He is no longer in his office and clearly checked out before he officially left. THE WORST!By Jennifer Finn, October 07, 2017
