    We used Tom for our taxes for a few years the last year being 2011 - When he failed to file our taxes! He was rude about the fact that we had not paid the preparation fee in a timely manner which we did pay in full and now 3 years later i am still receiving paperwork and dealing with state tax return that was apparently also not filed. He is no longer in his office and clearly checked out before he officially left. THE WORST!

    Really disappointed. Don't make any appointment with Raymond Storch guy. I am now paying $959 to IRS because of his miscalculations. He said I will get $500 back. But I got letter from IRS saying I miscalculated. And I didn't realize there was anything like "Peach of Mind" when I was filing my return. I got to know when I had to pay that amount.

    He's good for filing taxes. And price is very reasonable. But he doesn't answer or respond to any queries that you get from IRS or Treasury after filing. This is frustrating to me because he should provide info on what basis he filed earlier and what to respond now etc.
